1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Finance Starlight website (finance-starlight.com) and booking our private wine tasting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Finance Starlight provides premium private wine tasting experiences in the Barossa Valley region of South Australia. Our services include:

• Private wine tastings at premium wineries
• Boutique winery tours and experiences
• Corporate wine events and hospitality
• Wine education and sommelier services
• Custom wine experience curation

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Finance Starlight.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed price

3.3 Group Size and Requirements

Minimum and maximum group sizes apply to all experiences. Specific requirements will be communicated during the booking process. Changes to group size may affect pricing and availability.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 14 days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
• Same day cancellation: No refund

4.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

In case of severe weather conditions that make the experience unsafe or significantly compromised, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 Finance Starlight Cancellations

If we must cancel your experience due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Age Requirements and Alcohol Consumption

• All participants must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol
• Valid photo identification is required
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• Responsible service of alcohol guidelines will be strictly followed
• Designated driver arrangements are encouraged

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Health Requirements

Participants must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect their experience. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

6.2 Safety Guidelines

• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff
• Wear appropriate footwear for vineyard terrain
• Stay with the group during tours
• Respect winery property and equipment

6.3 Transportation

Transportation to and from experiences is not included unless specifically stated. We strongly recommend using designated drivers, taxis, or ride-sharing services.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Finance Starlight's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury not directly caused by our negligence.

7.2 Personal Property

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Finance Starlight is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

7.3 Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that participants have appropriate travel and personal insurance coverage.

8. Conduct and Behavior

All participants must:

• Behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and winery personnel
• Follow all venue rules and regulations
• Consume alcohol responsibly
• Not disturb other guests or interfere with winery operations

We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in inappropriate behavior without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Finance Starlight or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

10. Photography and Marketing

By participating in our experiences, you consent to Finance Starlight taking photographs and videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff.

11. Force Majeure

Finance Starlight is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
